Receptionist/Office Assistant
The Murphy Construction Group is seeking a motivated and responsible person to join our team as a receptionist and office assistant, greeting customers and providing staff support.
The position is responsible for handling front office reception and administrative duties, including but not limited to, answering and transferring phone calls, correspondence, filing, compiling reports, booklets and other documents as needed, greeting guests, handling company inquiries, managing incoming packages and outgoing overnight mail when needed, receiving and logging applications, ordering office and shipping supplies, maintaining internal mail distribution and company phone directory.
Requires strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience in related field desired.
This position requires accuracy, ability to provide quick turnaround of tasks, ability to work under pressure, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, positive attitude, professional communication & organizational skills are essential. Construction experience preferred but not required.
